Shipping policy

The indicated delivery times are best estimates based on information from the manufacturers or importers. We may update the estimated lead times on our web pages at any time. There may be variance on the actual delivery time with the time frame indicated, as many of the products are made to order, and various factors may delay delivery, such as temporary material shortage, capacity constraints, strikes and other labor actions, vacation and holiday periods or force majeure incidents. Also third parties such as freight companies may cause shipments to delay from planned. Saunastore is not liable for any costs or claims araising due to a third party.

However if we fail to deliver within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date without rescheduling, you may cancel your order by contacting us.

Certain products are made to order, and thus have a longer delivery time, compared to products warehoused and ready to be shipped. Products in your order may be partially shipped, according to their respective lead times. If a certain item in your order is holding back the planned delivery, you may request for or we may propose to you partial shipment, and separate shipment of the late item once it is ready for shipment, by you paying for the extra shipping cost.

Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method and the shipping distance.

Saunastore can not be held liable or responsible for any delays caused by any Customs or other government agency.

Your shipping address must be accessible by a delivery truck. You must be present to take the delivery, and be prepared to carry out the off-loading process. The truck drivers are generally not responsible for off-loading but may offer their assistance.

In the unlikely event of shipping damage, you must obtain a written statement from the delivery truck driver explaining the extent of the damage. Report any shipping damages to Saunastore sales staff immediately but no later than 3 days from delivery and explain the extent of the damage. Please send digital pictures of the damage if possible.

We will be glad to send replacement parts free of charge for any pieces that have been documented to have received shipment damage which has made the parts unusable. Claims of defective products and requests for replacements and any material shortage claims must be made to Saunastore within 14 days of delivery.
